No contracts. Cancel any time
You pay month to month and cancel from your panel, with no calls and no penalties.
Conditions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no further periods are charged. Annual plans can be cancelled and do not renew.
Your data is yours
Export your information in one click, also if you decide to leave.
Conditions: CSV export from the owner panel (catalog, customers and orders or bookings). After cancelling, you can request the export for 30 days.
12-month price lock
As a new customer, your price does not rise for 12 months from your sign-up date.
Conditions: Applies to new customers, from the sign-up date, while the subscription stays active and on the same plan. It does not cover taxes or third-party charges (payment gateways, extra voice minutes).
Free migration
We move your menu or catalog from your current system. Our team does it.
Conditions: Up to 1 menu or catalog per business, from a file, photo, PDF, website or export of your current system. You review and approve before publishing.
Human support on WhatsApp
A person answers you, in Spanish or English, the same business day.
Conditions: Monday to Saturday, during business hours, US Eastern Time (ET). Messages received outside those hours are answered the next business day.
0% commission on direct orders and bookings
We charge no commission on the orders or bookings you receive directly.
Conditions: Payment gateway fees (for example, card processing fees) are separate and paid to the gateway, not to us.
30-day money-back
If it doesn't work for you, we refund your first payment.
Conditions: Applies to the FIRST payment, setup fee included, if you ask within 30 days of it. One refund per business.
AI never acts without your approval
You approve from your phone before anything is published, sent or charged.
Conditions: Outward actions (messages, posts, charges, prices) wait for your approval; AI spend has a monthly cap and everything is kept in an audit log.
