No contracts
You can cancel at any time from your panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and no further periods are charged.
Your data
You can export your catalog, customers and orders or bookings as CSV at any time, and for up to 30 days after cancelling.
12-month price lock
For new customers, the plan price does not rise for 12 months from the sign-up date, while the subscription stays active and on the same plan. Taxes and third-party charges are not included.
Free migration
We migrate up to 1 menu or catalog per business from your current system. You review and approve before publishing.
Support
Human support on WhatsApp in Spanish and English, answered the same business day, Monday to Saturday during business hours, US Eastern Time (ET).
Commissions
We charge no commission on direct orders or bookings. Payment gateway fees are separate and paid to the gateway.
30-day money-back
We refund the first payment, setup fee included, if you ask within 30 days of it. One refund per business.
Artificial intelligence
Outward actions proposed by AI (messages, posts, charges, prices) wait for your approval. AI spend has a monthly cap and is logged.
Programs
Founding member: the first 20 paying businesses of each brand get 30% off for 12 months (not a lifetime). Referrals: 1 free month for the referrer once the referred business completes its second paid month, and no setup fee for the referred business; self-referrals (same owner, tax ID or phone) do not count, credits capped at 12 months per year. Grow program: monthly training and templates; the quarterly review is only for Autopilot.
